It’s not all Folkfest in Ottawa this weekend. The Ottawa-bred, Toronto-based hip hop duo Philly Moves returns to the capital Saturday, Sept. 13 to officially release the new disc Olga.
The duo of Jon Desilva and Tragic Phelan — the former makes the beats, the latter makes the lyrics — have taken their sounds to stages across North America.
Also on the bill are Buck N Nice, Jutes, and King, making for a full night of hip hop styles.
